Autumn Shoot Newcastle - The Cooke Family

This forest path is one of this family's absolute favourites - a well-trodden route they walk regularly together. Everything fascinated their little 10 month old during this visit - the leaves, the sounds, the light bouncing through the trees. We followed their usual route while she explored everything within reach.

This is exactly why I love documenting families during their regular routines. You don't need to create special moments when your regular life is already full of them. The most beautiful photographs happen during the walks you take every week, especially when you're sharing them with someone experiencing the world for the first time.
