Natural Family Beach Shoot Newcastle

This fabulous family had their shoot doing something they always do - pop along to Tynemouth beach, walk the length of the beach, poke around rock pools then finish with a coffee and cake.


 ♥️ ♥️ ♥️


If the idea of a family photoshoot makes you uncomfortable, you're not alone. A lot of adults hate the thought of being on camera. Studio lights, posed shots, awkward smiles.


Documentary family photography isn't like that.


There's no posing. No "smile at the camera." You just do what you normally do—go for a walk, play on the beach, mess about with your kids. I'm there quietly capturing the real bits. The connection, the laughter, the chaos. The stuff that actually matters.


By the end of the shoot, most people forget I'm even there. And that's when the best photos happen.
