There's something really special about capturing families just being themselves on a normal Saturday morning at home. No expectations - just their real life in their own way at their own pace.

This family welcomed me back for a second session, and I was reminded again of why I genuinely love and get excited about these shoots. Their home was filled with natural light, joy, genuine connections and an explosion of colour. All the warm and colourful vibes I could ask for.

It's easy to overlook the beauty in your everyday life when you're thinking about a family photoshoot. You may think your life isn't interesting enough to photograph, that you need something more polished or staged to be worth capturing. But it's actually the opposite.
